Ingrid Martine, M.A. began life coaching out of her own dream to be able to say to future generations “I helped shape the world you love living in.” She understands  that none of us is an island and that most of us need support in clearly identifying our goals and keeping our dreams alive when obstacles threaten to derail us. She comes to coaching via the business and higher education sectors.  She consulted with management in organization development and developed and facilitated training programs in high performance leadership.  Her strong communication skills include fluency in 3 languages.
